Just a quick heads up that on Saturday 31st October, local authoress Bev Beattie, will be signing her new Felting Book at Heaths Store.
Signing begins at 11am and will finish about 1pm.

Lets begin at the Beginning
Crochet is a very easy craft once you have got the basics stitches learn't there isn't a pattern that you can't do.All you need is a hook and some yarn.Like knitting your thickness of yarn depends on the size of you hook, but that doesn't mean you have to stick to the rules!
Note* All instructions given on site are for right-hand crochet - there are plenty other blogs that give resources for left-hand crochet.
Note* I was going to attempt to sit and write every instruction out, however I have found that LionBrand now have great instructual videos that you can view for free, just sign up to their site.
